For all internet and telephone orders, we use two kinds of delivery service. |
| Initial City Link (UK Only)
This is a secure delivery service where a signature is required. If there is nobody available to sign for your package, the driver will put a card through your door and attempt delivery again the next working day.
If there is nobody in the next day, your package will be held at your nearest City Link depot to await your collection. It will be held there for five days before being returned to us. |  |
|  | City Link drivers will not leave the parcel with a neighbour or round the back of your house (for example) unless you have specifically requested this on the checkout page.
If you have missed the delivery of your parcel on two occasions, you can request that the parcel is delivered to an alternative address or on a day when you know you will be at home. Unfortunately we will have to charge you again (£4.00) for this service.
For your peace of mind, your parcel is completely trackable by us, with information on attempted delivery times and even what colour your front door is!

| Royal Mail Recorded (UK Only)
We use this service for smaller items such as skirts, t-shirts and small, lightweight accessories. Recorded Delivery parcels are normally delivered next day and a signature will be required.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, a card will be left so you can collect your parcel at a Royal Mail depot. You will need to take some form of identification with you. If you do not collect the parcel within two weeks, it will be returned to us.
We can track your parcel with Royal Mail, should it go missing.

| Initial City Link (Europe, North America & Worldwide)
This International Express service delivers next day to New York and most European cities, and takes 2-4 days for other locations. It is a secure, trackable service that will require a signature on delivery. This is the ideal service to use if you need your order urgently. |
| International Signed For (Europe & North America)
This is an airmail service which can take around 10 working days to arrive, depending on your location. Your parcel can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. This is an excellent value service if you do not need your goods urgently.
